The staff were amazing, really friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make our Christmas stay special. The room was luxurious with nice touches like a coffee machine and bathrobes. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. We especially enjoyed the variety of salads and veggies offered. The location was also great, easy to access by taxi. The spa area was lovely and the staff even brought us free fresh fruit and smoothies.

The terrace was a disappointment, as it allowed smoking and was filled with smoke early in the morning. Although the staff opened the roof when we requested, it was still an unpleasant experience.

One can easily reach the spa center, the center, and other prominent locations in her field. the room is well designed, clean, and comfortable. the bathroom is well maintained and has all necessary amenities. the service is good, and the staff is polite and willing to assist. the breakfast served is tasty, but it is the same every day. the hotel has excellent facilities.

It was close to public transit stops and taking a taxi was very convenient. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a great selection of freshly cooked food to order and something for every palate.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms was a bit disappointing as we could hear noises from neighboring rooms and outside. traffic noise was a bit of a disturbance for light sleepers.
